2 cans Black Beans
1 can chopped Green Chilies
1 jar Salsa (medium or
mild)
8-oz. package Sour Cream
12 oz. Mexican-type Cheese,
grated
Tortilla Chips
Drain and mash black beans,
leaving some
whole. Add chilies, salsa,
sour cream, and
half the grated cheese.
Blend well.
Cover with remaining cheese
and bake at 350-F
degrees for about 30 minutes,
or until bubbly.
Serve warm with plain Tortilla
Chips. Enjoy!
