1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
4 ounces gin
3 ounces Triple Sec or Grand
Marnier
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/2 cup crushed ice (to taste
and texture)
Mix liquid ingredients and ice
cream in a
blender. Blend ice in gradually
until smooth
and frosty. Serve in a chilled
glass. Garnish
with lemon slice. Enjoy!
